Anybody know anything (heard anything) about this entry on Ellen's IMDb page?

Rudyard Kipling's Mark of the Beast (2012) (pre-production) (rumored) .... Natalie

I mean, sure, you might bump into us on the street, but that’s nobody.
We stay in the shadows where no one will ever find us.”

Thanks for the heads-up Steveshoots. First I've heard of this. It sure has been kept quiet. Wish Ellen success in the part if she chooses to accept it.

Also noticed theh Sy-Fy channel is running a DLM marathon on May 19 at 8:00 Am EST. Here is your chance to see DLM first seven eposides.

So far it's just rumored. But it seems like the kind of part she would play. If I hear anything further I will let everybody know, but this is news to me. Also I've been kind of busy. One of my films made it to the UrbanWorld Film Festival so I'm keeping me eye on that.

Classic horror fiction!!!

My only question is who is Natalie? I know of Strickland.

That's all I'm leaking. Get the story and read it, it is also available online.

Here's a bit of a teaser.

Hollywood Reporter is also saying that she is playing the part of Natalie. But yet that is the only site saying anything besides IMDB which reports rumored.

I hope the rumor is true. It would be great to see Ellen in a new movie. And a horror film at that! Nice.

Ellen's been in a lot of stuff that's been very close to the horror genre, but not quite. Dolores Claiborne was more of a psychological thriller, DLM handled death, but in a fun way, Tofu The Vegan Zombie and Coffee Tea or Me were more like horror parodies, and so on. With that in mind, it would be great to see her in something that's a straight horror.
Death, a.k.a. The Grim Reaper, is...well Death. He is most known for his taking of souls, his occasional riding with the four horsemen (on his horse Binky), and of course his famous garden.

Looking at the rest of the names listed on IMDB it looks like Ellen is the best one listed. The rest are from Troma and movies like Bikini Bloodbath. So something tells me this could just be a rumor due to the fact that she is the only one on there with any serious acting experience. Unless the screenwriters plan on changing and making something real. Still trying to get my hand on the book but then Kipling wrote The Jungle Book so at least we know that is serious. For know all I know is that it has to do with possession.

I have found a link to the story the movie is based on:

It has been confirmed that she'll be playing the part of Natalie. Which means it's not actually going to follow the Kipling story but be based on it.

I will be trying to get my hands on the movies her co-stars have played in. Most of them play in the same movies together and I noticed something else about the co-stars they're all using their names in this movie except Ellen. Are they that bad? We can't remember our characters names so we'll just be us???? I heard from people that the writers are terrible. Hopefully, Ellen can put some light on their work because I'd hate to see her get snuffed out because of one bad flick. I will let you all know how them movies are, they will shed a lot of light on what to expect. To the writers and co-stars of Mark of the Beast if you read this.......DO NOT KILL A GREAT KIPLING SHORT STORY AND A GREAT ACTRESSES CAREER!!!!
